Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating hiring decisions for various roles within the organization. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, developing job descriptions, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support employer branding initiatives, coordinate recruitment campaigns, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process. Daily activities also include maintaining recruitment records, using HR and applicant tracking systems, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment practices.
Qualifications

• Ability to manage Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and selection.
• Experience with Hiring processes, from offer management to onboarding coordination.
• Skills in Interviewing and candidate assessment, using structured and competency-based methods.
• Experience in Employer Branding initiatives, including promoting the organization across relevant channels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates.
• Proficiency with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
• Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the automotive or commercial vehicle sector, is beneficial.
