Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment: Manage the full hiring lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles, from job posting through to new-hire onboarding.
• Stakeholder partnership: Collaborate with team leads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define role-specific skill requirements.
• Job description development: Draft clear, compelling, and well-structured job descriptions that attract the right talent.
• Talent sourcing: Identify and engage candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screening and assessment: Conduct candidate outreach, screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate technical competence and cultural fit.
• Onboarding and joining formalities: Oversee the onboarding process and ensure a smooth, well-organized experience for new joiners.
• Performance management: Conduct probationary assessments and quarterly KPI and performance evaluations in coordination with respective line managers.
• Employer branding and engagement: Strengthen the company's employer brand through social media presence, job campaigns, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Additional responsibilities: Undertake other duties as assigned, in line with skill set and organizational requirements.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations. Technical Recruiters are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Technical acumen: Solid understanding of technology roles, including software developers and engineers, with the ability to assess role requirements and candidate profiles effectively.
