Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and driven Talent Acquisition Intern / Executive to join our Human Resources team. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding talented candidates while providing hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and publish job postings across LinkedIn, BDJobs, social media channels, and university portals.
- Actively source passive candidates using professional networks, talent databases, and targeted search techniques.
- Maintain and update internal candidate pipeline databases for recurring positions.
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidates against job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate interest, salary expectations, and cultural fit.
- Assist in organizing new hire orientation and day-one onboarding activities.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate drop-off rates.
- Prepare routine talent acquisition and recruitment reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management (HRM), Business Administration (BBA), or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a candidate-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and Google Workspace.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong sense of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
