We are looking for an experienced Sweater Merchandiser to join our growing buying house team in Dhaka.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sweater orders from development to shipment.
- Coordinate between buyers, factories, and suppliers.
- Follow up on production status and critical paths.
- Ensure on-time execution and delivery of orders.
- Monitor product quality and resolve production issues promptly.
- Maintain effective communication with buyers regarding order updates.
- Prepare costing, T&A calendars, and merchandising documentation.
- Work closely with QA, sourcing, and production teams to achieve shipment targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum mid-level merchandising experience in the sweater sector.
- Experience working with a buying house, liaison office, or export-oriented factory.
- Strong knowledge of flat knit sweater production, yarn sourcing, and critical path management.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and factories simultaneously.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and merchandising reporting.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
