Role Description The Surveyor role at Navana Real Estate Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka. This role is responsible for conducting land and site surveys for residential and commercial projects, using appropriate instruments to measure, record, and verify site dimensions, boundaries, and levels. The Surveyor will prepare and maintain survey reports, drawings, and data, and collaborate with engineering, design, and project teams to ensure accurate information for planning and construction. Daily activities include site visits, data collection, validation of drawings against physical conditions, and support in resolving technical discrepancies during project execution. The Surveyor is expected to maintain safety protocols on-site and comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in land and construction surveying techniques, including use of total stations, GPS equipment, and other standard survey instruments.
• Ability to read, interpret, and prepare survey drawings, site plans, and related technical documentation.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills for accurate measurements, data validation, and reporting.
• Knowledge of relevant local regulations, land measurement standards, and construction practices.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with engineers, architects, and project managers.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple site assignments.
• Capability to work full-time on-site in Dhaka, including regular fieldwork under varying weather and site conditions.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field; professional certification in surveying is an advantage.
• Previous experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure projects is highly beneficial.
