Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Surveyor role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Surveyor will conduct land and site surveys, collect field data, and prepare accurate measurements to support project planning and construction activities. Responsibilities include setting out construction sites, verifying levels and alignments, and using surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS equipment, and leveling tools. The role involves preparing survey reports, drawings, and documentation, coordinating with project engineers and site supervisors, and ensuring that all survey work complies with relevant standards and regulations. The Surveyor will also assist in resolving on-site measurement issues, maintain equipment, and contribute to safe and efficient project execution.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong technical surveying skills, including land measurement, site layout, and familiarity with common surveying instruments (e.g., total station, GPS, auto level).
• Candidates should possess skills in preparing survey drawings, basic CAD usage, and interpreting construction plans and technical documentation.
• Candidates should possess skills in data recording, report preparation, and basic numerical analysis to ensure accuracy of measurements and project information.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and other project stakeholders.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in construction or infrastructure projects in a surveying capacity is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site under varying weather conditions and adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn and adapt to project needs.
