Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and responsible Supply Chain Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating procurement, inventory, logistics, and supplier activities to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate procurement and purchasing activities.
- Communicate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain necessary documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, logistics, and internal departments.
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of goods.
- Track shipments and resolve supply or delivery-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, and supplier information.
- Analyze supply chain data and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure cost-effective and efficient supply chain operations.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of procurement, inventory, and logistics operations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good command of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
