We’re seeking a strategic leader with strong experience in sales, business development, corporate client management, dealer networks, and government/institutional projects.

🔹 Position: Head of Marketing & Sales

🔹 Location: Dhaka — Head Office

🔹 Experience: 6–7+ years

🔹 Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or relevant field; MBA preferred

🔹 Salary: BDT 60,000–70,000/month

Key Skills:

• Sales & team leadership

• Business development & negotiation

• Corporate/institutional client management

• Construction & real estate market knowledge

• Government procurement & e-GP experience

• Strong Bangla & English communication
