SNOWTEX Washing & Dyeing Ltd. is looking for a technically competent and motivated Sub Assistant Engineer – Mechanical (Machine Maintenance) to join our maintenance team.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of washing, dyeing, and other industrial machines.
- Inspect machinery regularly and identify mechanical faults and abnormalities.
- Troubleshoot mechanical problems and take necessary corrective actions.
- Ensure minimum machine downtime through effective maintenance and quick response.
- Perform servicing, lubrication, alignment, adjustment, and replacement of mechanical components.
- Maintain maintenance records, machine history, and daily maintenance reports.
- Monitor the condition and performance of machines and equipment.
- Coordinate with the Production Department for smooth machine operation.
- Assist in installation, commissioning, modification, and shifting of machinery when required.
- Maintain adequate stock and proper use of maintenance tools and spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with company safety rules and maintenance procedures.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
- Experience: 2-6 years
- Education: diploma in mechanical engineering
- Skills: mechanical maintenance, maintenance engineering, mechanical engineer, equipment maintenance, machine maintenance, washing machine repair, mechanical skills, machinery inspection, facilities maintenance, plant maintenance
