tudy First Info Ltd. is looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our team as Student Recruitment Call Executives at our Banani and Farmgate offices in Dhaka.

Location: Banani & Farmgate, Dhaka

• Call prospective students from leads generated through Facebook, WhatsApp, website and other marketing channels.
• Understand students' study-abroad interests, academic backgrounds and requirements.
• Provide basic information about available countries, universities, courses and admission opportunities.
• Follow up with interested students through calls and WhatsApp.
• Convince and motivate qualified students to visit our office and meet with a counsellor.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential students.
• Update lead information, call status and follow-up activities in the CRM.
• Coordinate with Student Counsellors and the admission team.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-conversion targets.

• Minimum HSC / Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Bangla; basic English communication skills preferred.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with students over the phone.
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, sales or education consultancy will be an advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
