Role Description The Student Intern role at Shikkha Squared is an on-site internship based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Interns support day-to-day operations related to online classes, learning materials, and student engagement, including assisting with content organization, basic data entry, and communication with learners and educators as needed. The role may involve helping prepare digital course resources, coordinating schedules, monitoring class activities, and gathering feedback from users. Interns collaborate with team members to improve platform processes, troubleshoot minor issues, and contribute ideas to enhance learner and teacher experiences. This position is designed to offer practical exposure to EdTech operations and is suitable for students interested in education, technology, or management.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in education, online learning, and technology-enhanced teaching.
• Solid communication skills, including clear written and spoken English and Bangla.
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with web platforms, documents, and spreadsheets.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for handling schedules, records, and digital files.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and interact professionally with students and teachers.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage tasks with guidance in a fast-paced environment.
• Current student in a college, university, or equivalent program; interest in EdTech, education, business, or IT is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to new tools and processes, and take on varied responsibilities as needed.
