Role Description The Student Counselor – Destination UK will provide individualized counseling to prospective students interested in studying in the United Kingdom, guiding them through program selection, university choices, and application procedures. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, assessing student profiles, advising on academic and career pathways, and explaining admission requirements, scholarships, and visa processes. The role involves maintaining accurate student records, coordinating with partner institutions and internal teams, and delivering information sessions or workshops as needed. The counselor will handle inquiries in person, by phone, and online, offering timely and professional customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, requiring regular collaboration with colleagues and direct interaction with students and their families.

Qualifications
- Strong Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to guide learners in choosing suitable UK courses and institutions.
- Excellent Communication abilities, including clear spoken and written English, for meetings, presentations, and documentation.
- Proven Customer Service skills to support students and families with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Solid understanding of Education systems, especially UK higher education pathways, entry requirements, and admission processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Business, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in international student recruitment, academic advising, or education consultancy is highly beneficial.
- Competence in using office software and online communication tools; ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
- High ethical standards, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to non-discriminatory and student-centered counseling practices.
