Role Description: The Student Counselor – UK & Canada is a full-time, on-site role based in Sylhet, Bangladesh. This position is responsible for guiding prospective students through the process of selecting suitable programs and institutions in the UK and Canada, including explaining entry requirements, study options, and application procedures. The counselor will conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, assess academic and career goals, and provide timely, accurate information about courses, visas, and scholarships. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, maintaining student records, coordinating with partner institutions, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The role also involves participating in events, seminars, and outreach activities to promote study opportunities and support students throughout their application journey.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in student counseling, preferably for UK and/or Canada
• Strong knowledge of admissions, application procedures, visa processes, and compliance requirements
• Ability to guide students throughout their study abroad journey, from counseling to enrollment and visa success
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and advisory skills in English and Bangla
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple student applications
• Tech-savvy professional with the ability to effectively utilize digital systems to manage student engagement and operational processes.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
