Role Description The Student Counselor_ Europe+ UK will provide comprehensive guidance to students interested in pursuing higher education opportunities in Europe and the UK. This full-time, on-site role, based in Badda Thana, involves conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, explaining academic programs, admission requirements, and application procedures. The counselor will assist students with university and course selection, prepare them for interviews or assessments, and maintain accurate records of counseling activities. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, delivering information sessions, coordinating with partner institutions, and offering ongoing support through the application and enrollment process. The role requires regular collaboration with colleagues to improve counseling processes and ensure high-quality service to all prospective students.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Strong Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to guide learners on suitable academic and career pathways.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication across diverse backgrounds.
• Proven Customer Service skills to provide supportive, responsive, and professional assistance to students and families.
• Solid understanding of Education systems in Europe and the UK and admission processes for international universities.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Education, Counseling, Psychology, Business, or related field).
• Ability to work on-site full time in Badda Thana and manage multiple student cases efficiently.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
• Proficiency with basic office software and online communication tools; prior experience in overseas education consulting is an advantage.
