Hanvia Education is expanding its Bangladesh team and is looking for a motivated, experienced, and results-driven Student Counselor to join our growing team.If you have experience in South Korea and China student recruitment, education consultancy, university admissions, or immigration/visa services, and you are confident in counselling students, managing leads, and converting enquiries into successful applications, we would love to hear from you.

📍 Position Details

• Location: Green Road, Dhaka-1215, Bangladesh
• Employment Type: Full-Time Working Days: Saturday–Thursday
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM-6:00 PM (Bangladesh Time)
• Monthly Remuneration: BDT 15K-18K (Fresher) 18K-22K (Experience)*Negotiable

💼 Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel prospective students regarding suitable South Korea and China universities, programs, and study pathways

• Respond professionally and promptly to student enquiries
• Conduct telecalling, lead follow-ups, and student engagement
• Convert prospective students into active application files
• Manage students throughout the application and admission process
• Assist with applications, personal statements, and supporting documentation
• Provide appropriate guidance on visa documentation and application requirements
• Maintain regular communication with students throughout their admission journey
• Update and maintain accurate student information in the company CRM
• Work toward individual and team recruitment and conversion targets
• Support and mentor junior team members when required
• Conduct student information sessions and interview preparation
• Stay updated on South Korea and China university admission requirements and policies
• Build and maintain professional relationships with universities and other relevant stakeholders

🎯 What We’re Looking For Education HSC, Bachelor’s degree or above

• Experience Relevant professional experience(if have)
• Previous experience in student recruitment, education consultancy, university admissions, immigration, or visa services
• Strong understanding of the South Korea and China higher education system and universities
• SkillsStrong student counselling and communication skills
• Proven ability in lead conversion and student recruitment
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Confident communication through telephone, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and professionally in an office environment
• Target-oriented, proactive, and consistent in student follow-ups
• Leadership or team-support experience will be considered an advantage

💰 Compensation & Performance Monthly Remuneration: BDT 15K-18K (Fresher) 18K-22K (Experience)
