Student Counsellor – Multi Destination

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Student Counsellor – International Education to join our team in Dhaka. This is a full-time, on-site role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students in pursuing higher education opportunities in Canada and/or Europe

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized counselling to students regarding international education opportunities
• Assess student profiles and recommend suitable academic programs and career pathways
• Guide students through the complete application and admission process
• Provide accurate information on universities, programs, tuition fees, accommodation, and visa requirements
• Assist in preparing application documents, including SOP/GS and other required materials
• Maintain regular communication with partner institutions and relevant stakeholders
• Ensure timely follow-up and maintain strong relationships with students throughout their journey
• Manage multiple student applications efficiently while meeting deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Honors degree in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience in student counselling, career counselling, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of international education systems
• Familiarity with admission procedures, visa processing, and documentation requirements
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proactive attitude with a strong commitment to student success
