Job Description
- Counsel students regarding courses, educational programs, and career opportunities.
- Understand students’ requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Communicate with students and parents through phone calls, meetings, and other channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Assist students throughout the admission and enrollment process.
- Maintain student records and follow-up reports.
- Achieve assigned counseling and admission targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling and convincing abilities.
- Good presentation and customer-handling skills.
- Experience in student counseling, education consultancy, or customer service will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
