Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities.
- Understand students' academic goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Communicate with students through phone calls, messages, and face-to-face meetings.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
- Handle student inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Convert leads into enrollments and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain student records and update CRM/database regularly.
- Build positive relationships with students and guardians.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in student counselling, sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and counselling ability.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
