Company Description Bangladesh Army University of Science & Technology (BAUST) is a pioneering technical institute of the Armed Forces, established on 15 February 2015 under the vision of the honorable prime minister of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. The university is located at Saidpur Cantonment in the Nilphamari district, Rangpur Division, a key communication hub for surrounding major districts. BAUST offers modern, multimedia-equipped classrooms with internet access and laboratories featuring up-to-date technical equipment. The medium of instruction for all engineering programs is English, and students benefit from facilities such as a medical center, fitness center, cyber café, broadband internet, library, and dedicated accommodation for all genders.
Role Description The Student role at BAUST is a full-time, on-site position based in the Rangpur Division of Bangladesh. Students are expected to attend classes regularly, participate actively in lectures, labs, and tutorials, and complete assignments, projects, and examinations on schedule. Day-to-day activities include engaging in independent study, collaborating with peers on academic tasks, using campus facilities such as the library and laboratories for research and practical work, and meeting academic and conduct standards set by the university. Students may also take part in co-curricular activities, seminars, and workshops to develop both technical and soft skills, and are encouraged to consult faculty and academic advisors for guidance and mentoring.
Qualifications

• Strong academic background in relevant science, technology, engineering, or related subjects at the secondary and higher secondary levels.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Bangla, with good reading, writing, and presentation skills.
• Basic computer literacy, including use of internet, productivity tools, and online learning platforms.
• Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical reasoning.
• Good time management and organizational skills to handle full-time coursework and deadlines.
• Willingness to engage in laboratory work, group projects, and practical assignments.
• Motivation to learn continuously, adapt to new technologies, and follow academic integrity and university regulations.
• Respectful interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with peers, faculty, and staff in a diverse academic environment.
