Strategic Partnership Manager/Asst. Manager

MyTravaly is looking for a Strategic Partnership Manager to develop and manage high-impact partnerships that expand our hotel reservation and travel ecosystem. The role will primarily focus on building online and corporate booking channels through banks, FinTechs, MFS/payment companies, travel businesses, large corporations, digital platforms, loyalty programs and other strategic partners.

• Identify, approach and onboard strategic corporate and digital partners.
  
• Develop partnerships that generate sustainable hotel booking demand and distribution channels.
  
• Build relationships with banks, FinTechs, payment companies, corporate platforms and relevant ecosystem partners.
  
• Design commercial models, campaigns, integrations and joint go-to-market initiatives.
  
• Manage the complete partnership lifecycle—from prospecting and negotiation to activation and performance monitoring.
  
• Coordinate with Sales, Reservation, Marketing, Product and Technology teams for smooth partner activation.
  
• Maintain partnership pipeline, targets, documentation and performance reports.
  
• Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and identify opportunities for cross-selling MyTravaly services.
  
• Represent MyTravaly in corporate meetings, networking events and partnership discussions.
  
  
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a relevant discipline.
  
• 3–5+ years of relevant B2B business development or strategic partnership experience.
  
• Strong corporate communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
  
• Understanding of digital platforms, payment ecosystems, SaaS or Travel Tech is highly preferred.
  
• Ability to develop partnerships from initial concept through commercial execution.
  
• Strong analytical, presentation and stakeholder-management capabilities.
  
• Target-oriented, proactive and comfortable working independently with senior decision-makers.
