Strategic Account Director | $31/hr Remote

Position: Senior AI Trainer Customer Success Managers

Type: Short-Term Contractor Assignment (9 Weeks)

Compensation: $31 per hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Up to 40 hours per week with 4 hours overlap with PST

Role Responsibilities

• Create high-difficulty Customer Success tasks and gold-standard solutions for AI training.
• Develop scenarios covering enterprise onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, account health, and expansion.
• Evaluate and calibrate team outputs to maintain high-quality standards.
• Review AI-generated solutions for accuracy, relevance, practicality, and alignment with Customer Success best practices.
• Identify edge cases and escalate rubric ambiguities when required.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Customer Success or account management, primarily within enterprise SaaS environments.
• Proven experience managing strategic enterprise accounts, complex customer lifecycles, renewals, retention, and revenue growth.
• Strong expertise in health-score frameworks, renewal playbooks, risk management, and success metrics.
• Experience building relationships with executive stakeholders and leading business reviews and escalations.
• Expert knowledge of onboarding, adoption, value realization, retention, and account expansion strategies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
