- Receive, inspect and record incoming frozen products and materials.
- Ensure proper storage of frozen items by maintaining required temperature standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records in Records Book.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly stock reports.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO principles for inventory management.
- Coordinate product dispatch according to delivery schedules.
- Prepare delivery documents, challans, invoices and gate passes as required.
- Work closely with Production, Sales, Logistics and Transport teams to ensure timely product distribution.
- Supervise loading and unloading activities while ensuring product quality and safety.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization and safety within the frozen warehouse.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards and workplace health and safety regulations.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
- Experience: 1-3 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration (bba)
- Skills: warehouse operations, warehouse management, frozen food, warehousing, warehouse safety, warehouse control, stock management
