Role Description The Store Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Sirajganj District. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day store operations, including receiving, recording, and issuing materials and supplies. The Store Officer will maintain accurate stock and inventory records, verify quantities and quality against purchase orders, and ensure proper storage and labeling of items. The role includes regular stock checks, reporting discrepancies, supporting procurement activities, and coordinating with project and finance teams to ensure timely availability of materials. The Store Officer is also expected to follow company policies, maintain safety and cleanliness in the store area, and support continuous improvement of store procedures.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Stock Control and Stock Management to ensure accurate tracking and handling of materials.
• Candidates should possess solid experience in Inventory Control and Inventory Management for maintaining precise records and minimizing stock variances.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work with Purchase Orders, including verifying deliveries and coordinating with procurement teams.
• Relevant skills such as basic data entry, record-keeping, and proficiency in common office or inventory software are beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills, with the ability to work systematically in a busy store environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with project, procurement, and finance teams.
• Previous experience in store or inventory-related roles, preferably in construction, industrial, or project-based organizations, is an advantage.
• A minimum of a secondary or vocational education; a diploma or degree in business, supply chain, or a related field is preferred.
