Role Description The Store Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Sirajganj District, responsible for managing day-to-day store operations. This position oversees receiving, storing, and issuing materials, ensuring accurate documentation and alignment with purchase orders. The Store Officer maintains proper stock levels, updates inventory records, and conducts regular stock checks to prevent shortages or overstocking. The role includes coordinating with procurement, production, and finance teams, verifying item quality and quantity, and implementing inventory control procedures in compliance with company policies. The Store Officer also supports safe storage practices and helps optimize space utilization and workflow within the store.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong stock control and stock management skills.
• Candidates should possess skills in handling purchase orders and related documentation.
• Candidates should possess practical experience in inventory control and inventory management.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with inventory or ERP software and basic MS Office tools.
• Candidates should possess good numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and record-keeping abilities.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field, and prior experience in store or warehouse operations in manufacturing or feed/agriculture sectors, will be considered an advantage.
