Role Description The Store Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store and inventory areas. This position monitors incoming and outgoing materials, verifies quantities against purchase orders, and updates stock records in a timely and accurate manner. The Store Officer ensures proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials to maintain efficient stock control and minimize discrepancies. Daily tasks include conducting regular stock checks, assisting with periodic inventory audits, coordinating with procurement and production teams, and preparing reports on inventory levels and material usage. The role also involves maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards while supporting smooth supply flow to production and other departments.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Stock Control and Stock Management to ensure accurate tracking and organization of materials.
• Candidates should possess experience with Inventory Control and Inventory Management to maintain optimal stock levels and support regular audits.
• Candidates should possess the ability to handle Purchase Orders, including verification of deliveries and coordination with procurement teams.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in basic computer applications and ERP or inventory software for data entry and reporting.
• Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and problem-solving abilities for resolving stock discrepancies.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with production, procurement, and logistics teams.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred; experience in textile or manufacturing stores operations is an advantage.
