Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based at lana Water Factory in Brahmanbaria Sadar Upazila. The Sales Associate will handle daily customer interactions, process orders, and provide product information to retail and wholesale customers. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new sales opportunities in the local area, and supporting delivery coordination to ensure timely service. The role also involves preparing basic sales reports, managing invoices and payment follow-ups, and collaborating with production and logistics teams to meet customer demands. The Sales Associate will be expected to maintain a professional appearance, uphold company policies, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with a variety of clients.
• Basic sales and negotiation abilities, including comfort with reaching out to potential customers and closing orders.
• Solid communication skills in spoken and written language relevant to the local market.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple customer requests, orders, and follow-ups efficiently.
• Basic numerical and record-keeping skills to manage invoices, track payments, and prepare simple sales reports.
• Ability to work on-site in Brahmanbaria Sadar Upazila and collaborate effectively with factory, logistics, and administrative teams.
• Prior experience in sales, distribution, or customer-facing roles (preferably in FMCG or bottled water) is an advantage.
• Minimum secondary school education; higher education in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
