Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in Sylhet, Bangladesh. The Store Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory control, stock receiving and dispatching, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves supervising store staff, ensuring proper storage practices, and implementing procedures to minimize loss and damage. The Store Manager will coordinate with sales, procurement, and accounts teams to maintain optimal stock levels and support business needs. The position also includes monitoring store cleanliness and safety, ensuring compliance with company policies, and delivering a high standard of customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused approach with skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
• Effective Communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing store staff.
• Proficiency in Store Management, including inventory handling, documentation, and daily operations.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to reduce shrinkage and protect company assets.
• Relevant experience in store, warehouse, or inventory management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial goods.
• Ability to use basic computer applications and inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
