Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bagha Upazila. This position is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including managing inventory, supervising staff, and maintaining a clean, organized, and customer-focused environment. The Store Manager will monitor sales performance, implement strategies to drive growth, and ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards. Day-to-day tasks include resolving customer issues, coordinating shifts, training team members, managing cash handling procedures, and reducing loss through effective prevention practices. The role also involves collaborating with leadership on promotional activities, performance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, guiding team members, and reporting to management.
• Candidates should possess Store Management skills, including staff supervision, inventory oversight, and performance monitoring.
• Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention skills to minimize shrinkage, protect assets, and enforce security procedures.
• Relevant experience in retail or store management, with proven leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and reliability in executing daily operations.
• Comfort with basic digital tools and point-of-sale systems; experience with marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, eBay) is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business, retail management, or a related field is beneficial.
