Job Description
Store & Inventory Officer
- Manage daily garment store and inventory operations.
- Receive and issue labels, care labels, security tags, cartons, and trims.
- Check accessories according to order, style, color, and size.
- Maintain stock records and ERP receiving transactions.
- Monitor physical stock, shortages, excess, and discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Quality, and suppliers.
- Verify supplier challans, quantities, and order details.
- Follow up on pending and balance accessories.
- Conduct physical stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure proper storage and order-wise arrangement of accessories.
- Report material and quality issues to management.
