- Manage Storekeepers, Pickers, MHE Operators and warehouse laborers for optimum resource utilization.
- Ensure efficient dock utilization and coordinate with Transport team for timely vehicle availability.
- Lead daily warehouse arrangement and plan picking activities based on allocation and workload.
- Monitor cycle counts and ensure accurate inventory of all SKUs, including fast-moving/high-value items.
- Monitor CP SKU inventory and movements as per UBL guidelines.
- Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes and ensure corrective actions.
- Ensure proper PPE usage and compliance with warehouse safety guidelines.
- Support audits and physical stock verification as required.
- Plan dispatch activities to ensure completion within the defined cut-off time.
- Update daily operational status through agreed communication channels.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
- Experience: 1-3 years
- Education:
- Skills: warehouse operations, warehouse management, warehouse control, daily operations management, distribution center operations, warehouse management systems, warehouse safety
