Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the supply chain of automobile spare parts for the warehouse.
- Monitor and maintain all spare parts inventory and stock levels.
- Conduct and maintain monthly, quarterly and yearly inventory audits.
- Prepare order forecasts and coordinate spare parts collection.
- Receive new spare parts and lubricants, conduct physical counting, and submit final reports.
- Prepare and maintain periodic reports on sales performance, inventory status and parts movement.
- Ensure all procurement and distribution-related documentation is properly updated in the system.
- Experience: 5-7 years
- Education: diploma in automobile engineering
- Skills: warehouse control, warehouse management, warehouse operations, automotive parts, supply chain management, supply chain operations, supplier management, supply management
