Company Overview
C&H Power Management Company Limited is a professional Operation & Maintenance (O&M) company engaged in the operation and maintenance of a 2 × 660 MW Coal-Fired Supercritical Thermal Power Plant located at Banskhali, Chattogram, Bangladesh, owned by SS Power I Limited. As the designated O&M Contractor, the company is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, efficient, and continuous operation and maintenance of the power plant following its Commercial Operation Date (COD).

Key Responsibilities
Plant Operation Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the 2 × 660 MW Coal-Fired Supercritical Thermal Power Plant.
- Ensure safe, reliable, and continuous power generation in accordance with operational targets.
- Monitor plant performance and optimize operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with approved operating procedures, OEM guidelines, and industry best practices.
Maintenance Coordination
- Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure timely resolution of equipment failures and operational issues.
- Monitor plant equipment reliability, availability, and efficiency.
- Support major shutdowns, overhauls, and maintenance planning activities.
Safety, Health & Environmental Compliance
- Promote and maintain a strong health, safety, and environmental (HSE) culture.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Conduct safety reviews and implement risk mitigation measures.
Team Leadership
- Lead and supervise operational and maintenance personnel.
- Ensure effective manpower planning, shift management, and employee development.
- Provide training, coaching, and technical guidance to improve team performance.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor plant KPIs including availability, reliability, efficiency, heat rate, and auxiliary power consumption.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Analyze operational data and recommend performance improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with plant owners, contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- Support management during audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
- Maintain effective communication with all relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
Educational Requirements
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Candidates with a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering along with extensive relevant industry experience may also be considered.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 10–12 years of experience in operation services of coal-based thermal power plants.
- Mandatory experience in the operation of at least one 660 MW Supercritical Thermal Power Plant Unit.
- Experience in plant operation management, maintenance coordination, and team supervision is preferred.
- Strong understanding of thermal power plant systems, equipment, and operational practices.

Compensation & Benefits
Monthly Salary Package
- Basic Salary: BDT 5,10,000/-
- Other Allowances: BDT 90,000/-
- Total Gross Salary: BDT 6,00,000/- per month
Additional benefits will be provided as per company policy.
