Sr. Specialist – Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Senior Graphic Designer who brings genuine curiosity and passion to visual communication. The ideal candidate may have developed an early interest in design through video games, anime, and other visually rich media—often wondering how particular visuals, environments, or design elements were created.

This role requires a strong understanding of the distinction between art and design, along with the ability to bring both disciplines together to create visually compelling, purposeful, and effective work. The successful candidate will combine creative expertise with excellent communication, collaboration, and task-management skills and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging visual content for all digital channels, including social media, digital advertisements, landing pages, newsletters, presentations, and pitch decks.
• Translate creative briefs, campaign objectives, and business requirements into impactful, brand-aligned design concepts.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, web, content, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.
• Maintain visual and brand consistency by applying established guidelines and fundamental design principles across all deliverables.
• Develop, present, and refine multiple creative directions based on feedback from internal stakeholders and clients.
• Produce polished, production-ready designs that support rapid campaign launches without compromising quality.
• Manage multiple assignments effectively while maintaining clear communication, attention to detail, and accountability for deadlines.

Key Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in a graphic design role.
• A strong and diverse portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, technical expertise, and the ability to produce high-impact work.
• Advanced understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, composition, and color theory.
• Proven ability to work efficiently, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Experience working within B2B, SaaS, or agency environments, particularly on projects for North American clients.
• Familiarity with UI design principles and the visual structure of landing pages and email communications.
• Strong knowledge of three-dimensional space, depth, perspective, and composition.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and task-management skills.
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to receive, interpret, and apply constructive feedback.
• Availability and commitment to working a schedule aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
