- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
- Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, bills and other accounting documents.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and other regular reconciliation activities.
- Maintain cash and bank-related records and transactions.
- Prepare periodic reports, statements and schedules as required.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist in VAT, Tax and other statutory compliance-related activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounts and finance-related matters.
- Support audit activities and provide necessary documents and information.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
- Experience: 2-4 years
- Education: accounting
- Skills: accounting, administrative tasks, basic accounting knowledge, back office operations, basic accounting, financial accounting, accountants, accounts reconciliation, finance management, administrative support
