- Create patterns using MuCAD software for sample development and batching.
- Supervise the complete sample development cycle from weaving to final delivery.
- Assist in daily production planning as required.
- Assist the HOD in departmental and interdepartmental tasks and coordination.
- Track departmental and individual team members' KPIs and monitor weekly progress.
- Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the HOD.
- Implement waste reduction strategies to improve operational efficiency.
- Train team members on process optimization and established quality benchmarks.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years
- Education: Minimum Graduate from any discipline.
- Skills: MuCAD
