Details Of Job Responsibilities
- Provide IT supports to employees for their desktop, Laptop, Wireless router, Scanners, fax, IP phone, Printer & Other IT assets as per company IT policy.
- Installing, configuring & maintenance computer (Desktop/Laptop) hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and other IT appliances.
- Basic Knowledge in Hardware & Software and Multimedia & IT support for any kind of function.
- To Configure, manage and developing of Petra Website and Email services.
- To Lead, Develop and Plan ERP Projects using Oracle, Java, Net, Visual Basic, MS SQL.
- Ensure technical and Antivirus supports to end Users.
- Maintain LAN and internet connectivity products and their installation and configuration, diagnose and resolve computer and network/connectivity problems.
- Responsible for Time Attendance and Access Control system and generate HR report as per requirements.
- Any other IT related works of the organization.
- Experience: 2-3 years
- Education:
