- Analyze future style and do preproduction activities for ensuring back to back layout change.
- Co-ordination with planning department for allocation of style according to floor/line strength, & capacity.
- Make capacity graph and balance the line to achieve targeted efficiency.
- Increase skill inventory and record to meet the future demand.
- Balance all sewing lines with proper skill allocation.
- Do the time & method study to upskill the unskilled operator.
- Deskill the process and reduce SMV by method study and automation.
- Monitor the ETS system running with proper function.
- Able to prepare the style bulletin accurately with correct SMV.
- Any other task given by management.
- Experience: 3-6 years
- Education:
- Skills: technical knowledge of garment production, garment industry knowledge, garment production, textile industry knowledge, production management, production scheduling, production planning
