Context
The position is expected to build a strong, consistent and engaging brand presence, increase customer interaction across digital channels, support promotional sales growth and ensure that every campaign is communicated creatively, accurately and on time.
Job Responsibility
- Develop creative materials for promotional campaigns, seasonal activities, product launches and brand initiatives by following the approved brand guidelines, visual identity and communication standards.
- Create artwork for in-store communication including POS materials, shelf talkers, posters, wobblers, standees and promotional displays.
- Implement effective promotional activities on the digital/offline platform.
- Designing and implementing all relevant materials for various events taking place at Agora.
- Coordinate with Category, Commercial, Retail Operations and Marketing teams to understand promotional requirements and develop relevant creatives.
- Developing new ideas & communication tools for customer satisfaction both in stores and online.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and an understanding of the plan's impact on the business and our guests.
- Assist in planning & execute new customer acquisition both from social media and the website.
- Monitor competitor social media activities and identify relevant market trends and creative opportunities.
- Adapt designs into multiple formats and sizes for Facebook, Instagram, website, mobile app, digital screens and other channels.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, reviews, mentions and customer interactions.
- Ensure consistency of the Agora Brand across the company on all branded elements and monitor the brand reputation.
- Experience: 3+ years
- Education: bachelor of fine arts (bfa)
- Skills: creative services, brand management & development, promotions planning, content creation & digital media, account management, graphic design, creative direction, advertising agency, marketing skills
