- Monitor daily pharma Collection vs Bank Deposit activities and ensure effective depot Petty Cash Management
- Perform Bank Reconciliation and promptly resolve discrepancies
- Process fund reimbursements to Pharma Depots/Area Offices for approved operating expenses
- Liaise with Accounts personnel and Depot In-Charges to resolve financial issues
- Assist in finalizing Consumer/Pharma Sales Reconciliation
- Review Cash & Bank balances and ensure alignment with SAP records and physical balances
- Prepare Corporate Sales Invoices and ensure timely issuance to customers
- Assist in Inter-company Reconciliation with the Holding Company
- Process Pharma Toll Manufacturing bills and ensure timely vendor payments
- Perform any other task assigned by the management
- Experience: 3 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration in accounting
- Skills: back office operations, pharmacy operations, cashmanagement, cash management, banking operations, pharmacy sales, pharmaceutical sales, cashhandling, pharmacy inventory control, cash handling
