Sr. Manager/Manager-TL, Product Acquisition ( Apartment, Plot, Lot, Land etc.)

Lead and oversee the acquisition of various real estate products (apartments, plots, lots, land, etc.) to meet the company’s objectives.

Identify potential properties for acquisition, including raw land, residential, and commercial developments.

Develop and maintain relationships with real estate brokers, developers, landowners, and other key stakeholders.

Make market research and analysis and provide professional product purchase strategy for Product department.

Build and maintain productive and cooperative relationship with Clients.

Responsible for contract negotiation with Clients.

Build and manage overall Purchase plan, activity plan, resource needed to accomplish the Purchase Target.

Coordinate with Marketing Department to organize marketing and advertising events.

Training team for project information including key selling points, target clients for each phase of project, purchase script, etc.

Manage the team to accomplish the Purchase Target.

Any Other Task assign by the Management.
