Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for VRM, ball mill, and unloading system maintenance.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
- Lead FLS/Loesche VRM maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ensure equipment availability, reliability, and minimum downtime.
- Monitor critical components including rollers, bearings, gearboxes, hydraulic systems, and wear parts.
- Plan and execute shutdown, inspection, and overhauling activities.
- Conduct root-cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production, electrical, and instrumentation teams.
- Manage maintenance manpower, spare parts, and maintenance costs.
- Ensure compliance with maintenance SOPs, safety, and environmental standards.
- Drive equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency improvement.
- Experience: At least 12 years
- Education: bachelor of science in mechanical engineering
- Skills: maintenance engineering, mechanical maintenance, equipment maintenance, maintenance planning, facilities maintenance, facility maintenance, knowledge of maintenance procedures, maintenance management, plant maintenance, machine maintenance
