- Planning: Build daily/weekly/monthly production plans based on sales orders, inventory, and capacity.
- Production Coordination: Track plan vs. actual output; resolve delays; adjust schedules for demand or material changes.
- Distribution: Align dispatch and delivery priorities with Warehouse/Logistics; monitor for delays.
- Sales Interface: Validate delivery commitments, share status updates, manage urgent orders.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Central liaison across all factory departments.
- Capacity & Resource Planning: Spot bottlenecks (manpower, machines, transport); recommend shifts/outsourcing as needed.
- Order Tracking: Maintain order-tracking system; escalate overdue/critical orders.
- Inventory/Material Planning: Ensure raw material and finished-goods availability; minimize excess/stock-outs.
- Reporting: Regular reports on production, dispatch, inventory, delivery performance, and bottlenecks.
- Experience: 10 years
- Education: bachelor of science in mechanical engineering
- Skills: production planning, production coordination, production management, supply chain coordination, warehouse operations, demand planning
