- Lead end-to-end civil engineering execution for new factory construction and expansion projects, from site survey and design review through handover
- Manage civil works for industrial facilities including production floors, washing plant infrastructure, ETP (effluent treatment plant) civil structures, warehouses, and utility buildings
- Review architectural and structural drawings; coordinate with design consultants and structural engineers to ensure buildability, compliance, and cost efficiency
- Prepare and manage BOQs, project budgets, and construction schedules; monitor progress against timelines and flag deviations early
- Supervise and manage contractors, sub-contractors, and site engineering teams; enforce quality control and safety standards on site
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, RAJUK/relevant authority approvals, and applicable environmental, ZDHC, and LEED-related construction requirements
- Coordinate procurement of construction materials and equipment in line with project specifications and budget
- Conduct regular site inspections, quality audits, and progress reporting to senior management
- Liaise with government bodies and local authorities for permits, approvals, and inspections
- Manage risk, resolve on-site technical issues, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
- Support facility maintenance planning and infrastructure upgrades across existing factory sites as needed
- Experience: 10+ years
- Education: master of science in civil engineering
