- People management
- Conduct needs assessments and gap analysis of human resources across all clinical and support departments.
- Search, Identify, evaluate and recommend qualified Doctors and Healthcare professionals for appointment.
- Build and maintain strong network with doctor community around the country.
- Coordination and Supervision
- Supervise day-to-day hospital operations to ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Ensure effective coordination between medical, nursing and administrative units of the hospital.
- Maintain discipline and professional conduct across all departments of the hospital.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygience and infection control practices are maintained throughout the hospital.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on OPD performance and In-patient management reports for hospital Directors.
- Patient Service Quality
- Ensure high standard of patient safety, service quality and satisfaction level.
- Monitor patient flow to minimize patient waiting time.
- Support Doctors and Clinical teams to enhance consultation numbers and service efficiency.
- Monitor patients feedback and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve patients’ satisfaction.
- Ensure timely availability of medical staff in OPD and other service areas.
- Ensure smooth admission and release of the patients.
- Promote hospital services to increase patient flow and community trust.
- Others
- Develop and implement effective hospital marketing policies.
- Take initiative to introduce new facilities and services based on community needs.
