About The Role

This role leads our hiring. We are growing fast and hire for many positions at the same time, especially field sales. You will plan and run the full hiring process, manage a high daily volume of interviews, and make sure positions are filled on time.

What You Will Do

• Plan hiring for all open positions and track progress against targets
• Source candidates through different channels, such as BDJobs, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, job fairs, and campus events
• Screen CVs and schedule 10+ interviews per day
• Coordinate final interviews with department heads and follow up on decisions quickly
• Manage offers, joining, and onboarding
• Lead and guide the recruitment team, including interns
• Track hiring data, report on progress, and flag issues such as salary gaps to management
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years
• Education: bachelor of business administration in human resource management
• Skills: sales hiring, technical recruiting, technical hiring, it recruitment, strategic hiring, graduate recruitment, recruitment and staffing, hiring practices, talent acquisition
