- Manage day-to-day factory accounting and financial operations.
- Maintain and control Petty Cash and ensure proper documentation and authorization.
- Prepare and monitor Bank Reconciliation Statements on a timely basis.
- Manage monthly salary/payroll preparation and ensure accuracy of payroll-related data.
- Monitor factory costs, expenses, and cost efficiency against budget/target.
- Prepare production-wise and cost-related management reports.
- Analyze production performance, cost variances, wastage, and other key cost drivers.
- Coordinate closely with Factory COO and CFO on financial, costing, production, and control matters.
- Ensure proper coordination between Finance, Production, Store, Commercial, HR & Administration.
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions in the ERP/Oracle system.
- Provide regular financial and operational updates to the Factory COO and CFO.
- Experience: 5-10 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration in accounting
- Skills: back office operations, finance management, daily operations management, oracle financials, manufacturing operations management, financial controls, cost accounting, daily operations
