- Support team leaders in market segmentation and execution of sales action plans.
- Monitor inventory movement and track sales target achievement.
- Drive sales of high-end residential and commercial properties.
- Strong market knowledge of Bashundhara, Dhanmondi, Banani, Baridhara, and Gulshan is required
- Coordinate with internal teams for unit availability, updates, and smooth sales operations.
- Prepare sales reports, market insights, and analytical presentations.
- Supervise and guide junior team members to ensure process compliance and performance.
- Ensure timely collection of earnest money and accurate sales documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Experience: 3-7 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration (bba)
