- Prepare and organize visa application documents accurately.
- Check documents and ensure they are complete before sending them to the Visa Submission Team.
- Coordinate with the Visa Submission Team regarding application documents and requirements.
- Maintain and regularly update different Google Sheets and company records.
- Prepare various office documents, including invoices, quotations, tour packages, letters, and other business documents.
- Prepare and organize customized tour packages according to customer requirements.
- Attend to customers professionally, both online and offline.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable travel and visa solutions.
- Follow up with potential customers and assist in generating sales.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth daily office operations.
- Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management.
- Experience: 0-2 years
