SR Executive QMS

Role Description The SR Executive QMS is a full-time, on-site role based in Gazipur, responsible for overseeing and strengthening the Quality Management System across production processes. The position involves developing, implementing, and maintaining QMS procedures, manuals, and documentation to ensure compliance with internal standards and customer requirements. The SR Executive QMS will monitor quality performance, conduct internal audits, identify root causes of non-conformities, and lead corrective and preventive actions. The role also includes training and guiding cross-functional teams on QMS best practices, supporting certification and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with management to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), including documentation control, process standardization, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with internal auditing, quality inspections, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) management.
• Familiarity with apparel or textile manufacturing processes, preferably in denim or garment production environments.
• Proficiency in using quality-related tools and software, and ability to prepare clear reports, SOPs, and process maps.
• Effective communication and coordination skills, with the ability to train and guide production and quality teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on operational efficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; professional QMS or audit certifications are an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced manufacturing setting in Gazipur and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
