Sr. Executive, Media Buying

 Calling Performance-Driven Media Buyers!

Are you passionate about performance marketing, digital campaigns, and driving measurable results? WIRE is looking for a Sr. Executive – Media Buying to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

 Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, Linkedin, Tiktok & YouTube.

 Develop effective media strategies aligned with business objectives.

 Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CTR, CPL, and overall performance.

 Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.

 Lead A/B testing and identify opportunities for campaign improvement.

 Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.

 Lead and guide the media buying team to achieve campaign objectives.

Handle Ads Manager Accounts, Solve Problems with Dedicated Support Teams and learn basic SEO.

Required Skills:

 Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager & Google Ads.

 Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics and budget allocation.

 Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

 Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

 Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

 Ability to handle multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred:

* Minimum 2 years’ experience in media buying/digital ads.

* Experience scaling campaigns & handling larger budgets is a plus.

* Experience in Running Programmatic Advertising Campaigns/ Ads on Other Social Media Platforms (i.e: Tiktok)

* Basic-Intermediate Experience with SEO

 Salary Range: BDT 35,000 – 40,000/month (Based on Experience & Performance)
